IGCC Ph.D. Forum

General Information

A Poster Session will be held in conjunction with the Third IEEE International Green Computing Conference www.green-conf.org.   PhD students are invited to submit proposals for their work as posters with permission of their advisors. They should submit abstracts with no more than 400 words and a signed letter from their advisor stating that he/she supports the submission.

Best Poster Awards

Awards will be given for best posters in different categories.

Review of  Abstracts:
All submitted abstracts would be reviewed and evaluated on correctness, originality, technical strength, significance, interest and relevance to the conference scope. Abstracts must be received by March 25, 2012, by 11:59pm, U.S. Eastern Daylight Time.

Important Dates

Poster due: Sunday, March 25, 2012
Acceptance notification: Sunday April 22, 2012
Camera ready Abstracts due: Sunday  May 06, 2012


The final appearance of the accepted abstracts in the conference proceedings (through IEEE Digital Library) is contingent on two conditions: (1) at least one author of an accepted poster registers for the conference at the time of the submission of the final abstract and (2) one of the authors presents the poster at the conference in person.
